In turning eyelids ( Entropion )

Entropion is the in-turning of the eyelid.

The lashes and rough skin can rub on the delicate cornea ( the front surface of the eye) causing irritation, pain and tearing. If the cornea surface is disrupted, the eye would be prone to permanent scaring and infections. This could lead to blindness.
